  1. Hello Susan!
    I registered with the hotel a couple of weeks ago and just let them know I was with the BWWC. Unfortunately, they will not give the conference rate if you arrive Wednesday night, but the conference rate I was quoted was $119/night (non-conference rate is $139).

  2. I would like to bring my husband along to the conference: would we get the conference rate for one room to share?
